SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to South Africa. International shipping may be available on request — contact us at support@caeloria.com.
3. Delivery Times Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Orders under R800: R99 flat rate shipping
- Orders R800 and above: Free shipping
5. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
6. Customs & Import Duties Caeloria ships from international suppliers. Occasional customs inspections may cause minor delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, though these are rare for personal jewellery orders into South Africa.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@caeloria.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Caeloria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
